Our website offers a chatbot ('StudiAssist') that provides you with automated responses regarding our services and offerings. When using the chatbot, the content you enter is processed in order to best answer your inquiries.
We recommend that you do not enter sensitive personal data into the chatbot.
To provide you with a convenient way to schedule appointments, we use the service provider Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. When you schedule an appointment using the booking tool, the data you provide (such as name, email address, and preferred time) as well as technical information (e.g., IP address, browser type, domain, date, and time of access) is transmitted to Calendly, processed, stored, and forwarded to us. Except for the use of our scheduling form (Calendly), there is no transfer of data to third countries. When using the contact form, data may be transferred to Formspree in the USA.
